  wish i could give them a lower review. I was quoted one price and its $20 more, I spoke with the store manager Mike and he said he did remember the conversation in the store and that i was right but he couldnt fix it. I had to call 611. They told me my bill was higher because of "extra fees". I requested a refund and was told no. I have only been with them for 3 weeks. Verizon is more expensive but customer service and cell service is way better. When i spoke with mike he said " bare with us, we are a new store and are still learning." so now im paying for their training mistakes..... I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
